Q: What is an OEM wheel?
A: OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufactured, which means it came directly from the brand of vehicle like Honda, Ford, Mercedes etc.
Q: What is an Aftermarket wheel?
A: Aftermarket wheels are not manufactured for specific vehicles; they are designed for a boost in performance or appearance.
Q: What are Replica wheels?
A: They are manufactured by a third party to look and drive exactly like an OEM wheel and meet the OEM standard.
Q: How can I tell what size my wheels/rims are?
A: On every tire there's a numerical number that will include the wheel size. For example, it will look like this: "195/55/R16/87V." The number after the “R” in “R16” is the size of your wheel. The size is also stamped on the back of the wheel usually behind the spoke but sometimes along the barrel.
Q: Are your wheels genuine?
A: We mainly sell factory original OEM wheels and rims. We do offer OEM replicas on some wheels, but it will be noted on the posting of the wheel.
Q: How do I know what kind of finish I have on my wheel?

Q: Do you repair Damaged wheels?
A: Yes, we are able to repair most wheels. We have trained professionals who can repair most damages on OEM wheels and bring them back up to factory tolerances. However, for most steel wheels it's better to replace when they are damaged.
Q: What kind of damages can be repaired?
A: The most common, is “curb rash”, which is when a wheel is scraped against a curb while driving or parking. If a wheel is bent from a pothole it will need to be straightened. Many cracks can be welded into place but depending on the size and placement it may not be repairable. If the finish is damaged by the elements or the paint is fading or peeling it can be brought back to like new condition. If you're unsure if your wheel is repairable or not feel free to send us photos or bring in your wheel so we can more accurately let you know if we can repair the wheel.
Q: Do you install wheels?
A: Yes, if you are local and can come to our shop. Installation is an additional fee and includes a complete tire mount with computerized wheel balancing.

Q: What condition are your wheels in?
A: Each posting will have photos showing the condition of that particular wheel as well as the condition is in. EX, and “A condition” means it will be like new and has been slightly used, if at all where as a “B condition” will have more noticeable scratches or cosmetic blemishes which will come from regular usage. Each posting will specify the condition though. Make sure to choose the one that best represents what you're looking for.
Q: Do you sell new & used wheels?
A: Yes, we carry a large variety of new & used OEM wheels & rims.
Q: Are TPMS sensors and Center caps included in my purchase?
A: No, the purchase is for the single wheel or set of wheels ONLY.
Q: Do you provide a warranty?
A: We do not provide a warranty with our wheels, but we do have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on your order. If, however you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item for an exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Q: Do you purchase wheels?
A: Yes, we buy OEM factory wheels and rims. We do not purchase any aftermarket wheels. If you aren't local, we may still be able to purchase your wheels shipping paid for by us! We DO NOT buy wheels that are cracked, bent, or missing aluminum.
Q: Who do you use to ship orders through?
A: We use UPS, USPS and occasionally FedEx

A: We’re able to get 97% of our orders out the same day if they're placed before 3pm PST that day.

Q: I’m trying to track my package, but it can't find my package, what do I do?
A: Double check your email to make sure you have the right tracking number for your order. If it's the correct tracking # but still won't locate your order, give us a call and we will do our best to help locate your package.
Q: What do I do if my wheel doesn't fit my vehicle?
A: If the wheel hasn't been installed or altered, we can go ahead and exchange it for a wheel that will fit but you will need to pay for the shipping on the wheel due to an error on the customer's end.
Q: What do I do if my wheel arrives damaged?
