100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the OEM wheel you receive, just contact us within 30 days and we will help schedule a return or exchange. After the 30 days, we cannot provide any refunds or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for identifying the wheel and finish of the wheel that they need. Without seeing the style and specifications of the vehicle and/or wheel, we cannot be responsible for identifying the correct rim. Customers are more than welcome to submit a picture of their wheel so we may properly identify the correct rim and/or finish of wheel. Please text us at 949-478-4896 a picture of your wheel and we will gladly confirm or redirect you to the correct wheel that matches your needs.




  • - In order for your item to be returned, it must be unused and uninstalled on a vehicle in the same conditioned you received it in. As well as in the original packaging. Please be sure to include your receipt for proof of purchase.
  • - If you purchased an incorrect wheel or made a purchase by accident, we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
  • - Please make sure to ship or bring returns to 1420 N. Burton Place, Anaheim CA 92806
  • - If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable service and/ or purchasing shipping insurance if the item is over $75.
  • - If you receive the incorrect wheel, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and either exchange your wheel for the correct one or issue a refund once we receive the incorrect item back.
  • - Our team will help facilitate with resolving this issue. During the process we may request photos or videos of the particular damage or issue with the wheel in order to correctly process and fulfill your request.
  • - Depending on where you live, please allow time for your exchange to reach you.
  • - Wheels that have been altered in any way will NO longer be accepted for return.




  • - If you need to cancel an order, please make sure to do so ASAP before shipment. Once the order has been scanned and shipped out a return request must be made on the buyer's side.





  • - Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed and credited to the original method of payment.
  • - All returned items will be inspected to ensure the item is still in its original condition. Once approved a full refund will be processed. If the item is damaged or does not pass inspection due to signs of use or missing items, a partial refund may be issued.
  • - If you haven't received your refund, please check your account or contact your bank. Occasionally your banking institution will have a processing period on their end before payment is posted into your account. If you have done all of this and have yet to receive a refund, please reach out us at (714) 239-1122.
  • - All wheels altered from the original state ex; painted, chromed etc. WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. As wheel as wheels that have been mounted on your vehicle since we cannot guarantee the wheel has been damaged by installation or after being mounted on the vehicle.
