Shipping Policy


- Quality second to none with 97% of our orders being shipped out the same day via USPS or UPS.        

- Orders received before 2:30 pm PST may still go out the same day. Any orders placed after will most likely be shipped out the following day.

- Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location. Most areas in the U.S are delivered within 5 days.

- Expedited 1 day or 2 day shipping is possible. Please contact us directly for a quote.

- Make sure to check your tracking number to see when to expect your order. UPS will let you know the time range your package should arrive by, we cannot guarantee the arrival time.

- We, or UPS, are not liable for items after they have been marked as delivered so please make sure to ship somewhere that someone may be present to receive the item.

- We ship OEM certified wheels as well as OEM quality replicas throughout the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to P.O. Box

- If you are looking into having an order shipped outside of the US or Alaska, Hawaii, please contact us so we can check if we will be able to complete your order. All orders in these regions are going to be final sale. Refunds and returns are not available.

* In addition; if we are able to complete your order and deliver to your region, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.

- If you are local, you are welcome to stop by and purchase your wheel. Make sure to call ahead or check online to ensure the item is in stock. We are open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST.

- You will receive 2 emails once your order is placed to let you know when your order has shipped as well as when your order has been delivered. Be sure to check all inbox folders so you can track your order.

- Provide a valid contact number in case we need to contact you in regard to your order.

- Make sure you know when your order is arriving so you can be home or have a responsible party home to receive it. A signature is not required to receive your shipment.

* If a package was stolen or lost due to negligence, we are not responsible for reimbursement for those orders.

- We have high packing and safety standards we follow when shipping out orders so if you feel your order was damaged during transit due to the shipping carrier, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
