B- Acceptable A used wheel with more noticeable curb rash scratches and possible paint imperfections. Sometimes clear coat is beginning to come off.
C Poor A wheel with more than normal surface scratches and curb rash. This wheel may have paint fading and or be plasti-dipped. Can be painted a different color as well. Excellent wheel to recondition or rechrome.
